Could not believe my eyes last night. RTE flashed up 1-1 as a RES and then just as I was feeling a little deflated the screen refreshed and then there it was 2-1...yes...yes...yes.!!!
I had to leave it on for 15mins in case it would change. The lads are up for tonight but Stevo looks doubtful. I will be very happy with a draw..Come on Limerick !!!

By the way lads, I think the references to cheating Kildare are a bit off the mark. They should lose the points but we can hardly blame them for the FAI's wrong decision. Personally I'd hate for the two clubs (and sets of fans) to get at each other. I still want to beat them but that's sport. As Rodney King says "Can't we all just get along?".
Let's hope that is the end of Dundalk's giant killing heroics.
