    I quite like....

'We all live in the randy-brandywell' (tune of yellow submarine)

    And

'We've got Liam-Coylio youve got ****-Allio'

    I cant stand.........

'Your Brits and you know you are'

    And

'Whats it like to serve a Queen'

Usually sung by Fine Gael love children...or confused Donegal men

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

it's not their song really, but i loved it when the Derry boys did Teenage kicks at the cross last season, 'twas only class.....

the georgie chant is definitely our best......

rovers 'we all live in the tallaght housing scheme' from a few years ago is good (to the tune of yellow submarine)....

oh and 'feed the students, let them know it's christmas time'

the worst has to be rovers twelve days of christmas from a good few seasons back, where every day they got increasing amounts of tony cousins', annoying beyond belief...

twenty minutes of the same thing followed by....
'on the twelfth day of christmas my true love gave to me...
twelve tony cousins, eleven tony cousins, ten tony cousins....'

I thought the third bit was 16 years a wandering around, Shamrock Rovers rent-a-ground?

This is one that is been sung in the Showgrounds for years and it has to be one of the most original songs in the eircom league. Eamon Sweeney also mentions it in this book "There's only one red army"
(To the tune of "Born under a wandering star")
We were born in The Showgrounds; we were born in The Showgrounds.
Well knifes are meant for stabbing and guns are meant to shoot,
And if you come back to The Showgrounds your gonna get the boot.
Cause we were born in The Showgrounds. (Repeat)

Also our "We Are Rovers" song, which is one of the Sheds favourite songs for the last 2 or 3 years

    And our song for Shams
(To the tune you'll never walk alone)
Sign on; Sign on, with the pen in your hand.
Cause you'll never get a job you'll never get a job

All classics! The randy-brandywell is excellent. I love our own "We've got Dolanio, you nick car stereos, we've got john o'flynn you're on heroin" as well.

    Some of my favourites

In response to going down going down from some Shamrock Rovers fans "So are we So are we" they nearly did too.

A few years ago at the showgrounds as we took the field a group of teenagers making the appropriate gestures fro mthe shed did "Stab City W^&K W&*K W&*K, Stab citeee W&*k W&*K" puerile I know but funny.

"You're Dubs and you know you are " to Bray fans.

Back in 1990 we had former Rangers captain Ally Dawson getting abuse from some rovers fans and the southill crew on the swimming pool roof outside Rathbane came back with "Rangers and champions champions" The look of disgust on the rovers fans faces was a sight to behold but it was bettered when our 11 men scored a 91st minute winner seconds after their 9 men equalised.

You can also sing that to Kildare and Drogheda. We prefer, "**** Dublin suberb, you're only a **** dublin suburb"
