    Gareth Cronin at United

What do Blues fans think of his contribution while at the club?
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

I for one am sorry to see him leave, but understand why he did. people will talk about the mistakes he made, but a young manager at 30/31 is going to make mistakes. it was summed up pretty good on our forum:

"Without an assistant manager, without money and travelling back and forth from Dublin several times a week he kept us in a promotion race that most managers, in the circumstances, wouldn't have kept us near. The man continually battled against the most begrudging county in Ireland and made a good fist of a very difficult job".

he'll definately go on to better things, word of him getting the Rovers job next year, where i think he would do great.
I’m not pedantic...I’m merely overly concerned with minute details.
