St Patrick's Athletic's preparations
for the FAI Cup final have been dealt a
huge blow with the news that Charles
Mbabazi Livingstone has been forced to
retire following medical advice.

The Inchicore club has been shocked by
the news which comes after the Ugandan
international, 24, was hospitalised
having felt unwell during Pat's' eircom
League match with Bohemians on Friday.

The club said: 'It is a huge shock and
disappointment to him that he has been
forced to retire so suddenly but he has
a young family and the consultations
with the doctor left him in no doubt
that this was the correct course
