    I wish him a speedy recovery and all the best for the future.
    And I was looking forward to him surging down the wing in the City colours next year......

    Tragic news indeed.

    On the positive side, from the players own point of view, St. Pats chairman Andy O'Callagahan has said "St Patrick's Athletic will retain his services in a coaching and promotional capacity."
    That's something at least I suppose.
