So would any government with so many Fianna "Fcukwit" Failures.
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!

I don't think there's any point in arguing the toss wit RAE on this point, he's pretty dyed in the wool right wing as I am left.
So here's my choices for real:
Chairperson of the Irish Federation of Workers Councils: Someone elected from the Federation of Workers' Councls.
    Deputy Chair: Ditto
Finance: Someone elected from the financial workers councils.
    Foreign Affairs: Kathrine Thomas
Education Committee: A teacher, a student and a parent.
Health, Children, Family Committee: A doctor, a nurse, a janitor, some members of the public elected through their local hospital committees.
Justice & Law Reform: Chair of the democratically controlled workers' militias.
    Social Affairs, Equality, Immigration: Superfluous
Arts, Sports & Whatever you're having yourself: A committee of artists, sports people and people having whatever you're having yourself.
Environment & Energy, incorporating Transport: A committee comprising of transport workers, energy workers, environmental scientists and members of the public all elected...
Agriculture, Fisheries, Natural Resources: A farmer, a fisherman, a miner and some members of the public elected from...
    Chief Whip: n/a
    Attorney General: Rotated position.

Janitor running a Department? So only transport workers get to vote for their Minister, farmers for Agriculture etc...? A teacher & a child running Education? Seems like Bono & Robbie Keane will be running Arts/Sports. Surely to follow that logic Michael O'Leary would run Transport. Health (via HSE) is already run by Professor Drumm who has shown inability to actually manage.

    Joint leadership also doesn't work.

    LOL

Based on what Pete? The people involved and the consumers of whatever product or service in specific industries are the ones with the expertise to run those industries. Currently there are few if any ministers with any expertise in what they are doing. I never said only those people would get to vote, but they should have the majority of representation on whatever council ran their industries, and note I include consumers. Each committee could then elect one representative to the executive. Michael O'Leary would not be running transport because his assets would have been expropriated by the workers councils. O'Leary's expertise is in making profit not providing a service, which would be seen as archaic under this system. Bono would get to run for a position if he didn't mind the fact that we took most of his millions off him to build youth centres for kids to learn to play music and make films, paint etc.

But Bono needs those millions to gallivant across the face of the planet talking to world leaders in nice hotels about how they need to spend money to help the poor little black and asian kids!
