    What are the possibilities?

    If Drogheda get -10 pts and we pip Cork are we guaranteed Satanta and European football next season?

    Setanta yes(although it is an invitational competition officially so they could find a way around not letting us into it). Europe only if Galway lose to Derry this Sunday in the cup or if they make the final then lose to Pat's.

    You've a better chance of UEFA than Setanta. if Cork win the Setanta, they take one of those spots, and there isn't the same licensing requirements fr Setanta as there is UEFA

    I remember my father telling me a few years ago that Glentoran's chairman's family (i think he said) are originally from Maugherow!!

    He was lucky to get out!!!

    Thats true, the chairman Stafford Reynolds recently built a holiday home in Maugherow and visits Sligo reguraly and attends rovers matches
