Ok, if we're going to be anal, it should be UTC, which has replaced GMT. For clarity, I should probably also point out that the server, and so the site, is actually running on IST, or Irish Standard Time - which replicates BST almost exactly, but with "Irish" in the title - so I suppose I could use that instead. But in fact the interface here confuses matters more, because it uses plus (+) and minus (-) concatenated with the hour(s) offset relative to GMT - which should of course read UTC - as as the guidelines in the place you noticed so deftly. So if you were in Spain, it would read GMT+1. And now should read be UTC+1. Or BST+1. Or possibly IST+1. But we're not that anal, and I'm willing to take the risk that the 0.38314176245210727969348659003831% of the population that might actually notice it will understand, so we'll leave it the way it is, eh?
