Can't be a Kerry man, they have an inbred herd instinct for doing that trip.

At a guess 45 mins. Walk to O connell street till you get to the Luas at Abbey Street. Get the luas to Hueston then. Once you leave right after the game there'll be no panic

    Not quite that straight forward.

There is a queue for the Luas at the city centre stops for one hour after games in Croker finish, and only 50-100 people are allowed to board per tram. Best bet is to walk into the city, and get a taxi in O'Connell Street/Aston Quay the rest of the way, if you're strapped for time.

Should have run the train from Connolly to Cork, it's easily done, and would cut out the panic. Do IR realise that 80,000 people attend these games?

For some of the bigger GAA matches, so possibly tonight too, they had a few trams lined up at Abbey St. A queue was formed off the platform, and each tram was filled in turn. They were getting through the backlog pretty sharpish.

If in doubt, though, I'd jump into a taxi.
