alot of the Shels team were involved with the Distillery and Lisnagry teams that were chucked out of the league,they just sign with another club and thats it while the club suffer,individual bans the only way to sort this,someone will get seriously hurt at one of their games pretty soon

That in effect is really only a 3 (+ a bit) month ban, as there are only 3 months left in this season (March, April & May) with June July & August he's other 3 months (resulting in him being banned for 3 months of this season and maybe a week or two at the end of August.

That would be spot on ! Crazy really.. He should just stop "playing" football end of story..

there is only two or three of those and we are not one of them and an average 1a side would have to play out of there skins enen to beat the weakest premier team
