Sample B positive in eircom League case
Filed at: Monday , October 20 2003 13:19PM From RTE

The FAI confirmed on Monday that an unnamed eircom League player has tested positive, in both A and B samples, for a banned substance.

The FAI has referred the matter to the Independent Doping Tribunal. The three member Tribunal comprises a senior legal practitioner, a medical practitioner and a sports administrator.

The Tribunal shall determine whether a doping offence has been committed and if so, ascertain the appropriate penalty to be imposed in the case in question.

We now know why Rovers continually change grounds........if no one knows where you reside, how can you be tested for.......

........of course I'm making referance to the NCT Test, Leaving Cert Test etc.......nothing else!

If they hadn't gone back to Dublin they might have been OK.
