Someone described Gael as 'windy' which led Jaorta to assume he was 'the one with the ponytail.' To be fair they're similar....LMFAO!

What does windy actually mean in this context?

I was presuming that it was a play on the expression 'long-winded' but there may also be a legal meaning that GXI can uncover once he finally gets that degree?

Hey! I may be an underachiever but ... no that's it really.

Windy in this context may mean: Bombastic, Loquacious, Airy, Boisterous or Boastful. .... Yeah that was gael. He doesn't have a ponytail though. Just acts as if he does.
