came across cork spurs supporters club and found the cork crest all messed up to make a supporters club crest

i thought that wasnt allowed by the corporation/council

That crest is so hideous I doubt anyone would take it seriously.
In order to bring a case against them you'd need to find an Arsenal FC supporting judge.
