How come nobody has said anything about the fact that they are taking the whole ticket nowadays at ze matches? When I ask for my stub back they tell me to collect it at full time which is crap. I know people like to keep stubs for matches. I dont personally but I think I should be allowed to if i want.

I imagine it's quite difficult to accurately report revenue from attendances to the Revenue Commissioner if you don't have stubs detached from tickets.
If you have a bundle of intact tickets you can claim that they went unsold.
I'm not stating that this is a practice employed by Cork City FC.
