Licensing booklet should be available for download somewhere on the FAI website.
given the problem of late with several clubs getting into difficulty and so on, who now qualifies for a premier licence or even a first division license, to my understanding (i could be wrong correct me if i am) droghedas ground isnt even up to first divison standards, a few club got licencing based on development plans put in place, but now they seem unviable,
does anyone know whats facilties are required for each license next year, i read somewhere last year, or the year before, that by 2009 you would need 1500 seats in your ground to obtain a first divison license, and i think it was 2500 for premier

Has there been many revisions of the licensing document since it was first introduced?
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
from what i read when it was first introduced, it would be updated on a yearly basis, so each year your ground would have to have extra seating capacity, in the original plan (to my memory cant find what i read) that by 2009 you would require 2500 seats to qualify for a prem license, weather this has changed i dunno, the eufa license is the requirements so that you are allowed compete in europe, im on about the FAI club license so you can compete in the league,
google is not my friend cant find it
