    Cup draws

Why have the draws for the junior, intermediate and underage cups not been forwarded to clubs. Have the draws even been done yet?
Some are due to be played on May 5th, which is just over 2 weeks away.
This is unfair on teams who have to plan for away games; hiring a bus etc.
Also why are the draws from start to finals not made as they used to be. It was good to know which teams were in your half of the draw and where you might be going. Think of the extra expense involved at making draws after each round when it could all be done at once.
When exactly does the WFAI intend notifying clubs of the games on May 5th?
It gets more frustrating every year.

think in the munster section of the Intermediate cup, be two very good games. Us having played Nenagh twice before in this comp and both teams having taking a win each in what were both very close games. Having said that, heard recently that Nenagh have fallen apart so hopefully we should go through.
Carrigaline and Mungret should also be another good game. Was a very tight game between the two last yr with Mungret winning it by just one goal that i think came in the dying mins.

    Wink intermediate cup

Think mungret and nenagh will advance to the next round.Munster section looks handy with a lot of good clubs taking the easy option and going into the junior cup which now looks like a tough place to be.Newtown fc should be good enough to advance in the jnr.

Ramblers beat Nenagh 2-1. Should of have been alot more for Rams, were well on top in the first half and were rewarded by being 2 up going into half time. ended up making it hard work for ourselves in second half, Nenagh scored a soft goal but then started to get some fight in them. Overall was pretty good game.
Also Mungret also through to next round having beat Carrigaline 4-2.

In the Intermediate cup i am also tipping Kilmacrennan to go a long distance...maybe semi or final!

Another team to watch is Salthill Devon...recruited some top class players this season and also have old players that missed last season back with them.....keep their heads they will also go far in comp!!
