    Because you have forked out enough to fly you should be given a drink for free. The last 2 long haul flights i was on was BA and singapore airlines and all the drinks where free. They are not a low cost airline i expect to pay for a drink on a flight that cost me 1 euro but not one that costs 800 euro.

    Is a strike possible at Aer Lingus in the short term? I suppose they got some processes to go through before that? Just wondering if it is safe to travel with them next week...

    Unless management move to implement some changes without going through the processes, notice would have to be given following the results of the ballot.
