A game that Fairview dominated for large parts, but rarely looked like scoring in until a dubious penalty gave them the lead. Colm Heffernan scored it, and Dave Morris scored on the break late on. Christy Doyle came on as a sub and then got sent off. Of more importance to Fairview will be the consistent lack of form of Darren Harrington, especiall with Heffernan suspended for the Fai game next week.

going on what i saw the view have a lot more to worry about than just harrington,he was poor no doubt but was not alone in that respect,heffernan,kelleher,cosgrave and a couple of others looked way off the pace.interesting to see grant on the bench,thought he had been doing well and also interesting to see purcell bring himself on.penalty very harsh,looked like the view left full dived to me and should have been booked and if so the next incident would not have happened.for workrate alone dromore deserved a point.

Fareview players should be ashamed of themelves. A so called top team resorting to cheating rather than playing football. Their left full took 2 dives not 1 and should have been booked. He went down as if he had been shot when in truth he wasnt touched. Dromore deserved a point and should feel hard done by.

performance was not the best,agreed, but we had a stone wall penalty leading up to that incident when zubi was taken down.
the ball was still in play we he was struck in the box and therefore the ref had no option but to give a peno.
he should also have getting sent off if the ref deemed that it was a peno.
christy doyle should have known better and walked away from the full back.
he made an absolute meal of it...i'd be embarrassed if it was a fairview player.threw himself to the ground with little or no contact involved.dromore took him off straight away.
they are the only ones who could answer why they did that.
it was play acting at the highest degree.
still came away with 3 points....which did not look on the cards with 15 mins. to go.
