    Aisling Annacotty Match

1 all, the ref should have a good think about hin performance yesterday evening. It was a disgrace to say the least. It would have been comical if Aisling got the 3 points they deserved but when the decisions are manufactured to insure a draw it goes beyond funny.

    Aisling V Balla

Very hard to motivate a team that keep their discipline only to be penalised for it, still no point going on about it.

Agreed the ref was an absolute disgrace he hasn't a clue ( J Carey), the worst Ive seen all year. But to say Aishling deserved the 3 points is a joke. Balla had 3 goals disallowed, 2 cleared off the line and 2 off the post. The Aisling goal was a bit of a fluke as it went straight in from a cross. Balla were well on top but the game became a joke due to the ludicrous decions for both sides. He should be no way near a premier match. He booked players and didnt even take the numbers, when subs were made he didnt even check who was coming on or off just said "come on" and stayed in the middle of the pitch. All that either sides defenders had to do was call for offside and he gave it.No wonder players get frustrated with that type of farcical refreeing.

The 2 goals disallowed were clearly off side and wre only struck into the net after the whistle had gone anyway. Aisling's back 4 were comfortable and played the off side well.

The 1 cleared off the line and the 1 that hit the post came from 2 of the twenty free kicks and 10 corners he awarded in the last 15 minutes of the game.

J sheehan's strike was one of the better goals you would see, to call it a bit of a fluke is wrong.

The players he booked should have seen straight red cards, any other ref in town would have given these players straight red cards.

The Balla goal came from a free kick that was obvious to everyone at the game it was the other way.

The balla right back could not take a throw in and fouled every single time. The ref did nothing about it.

A balla supporter walked onto the pitch and had words with the ref during the game?

take all these into account and balla should have been down to 9 players and they would not have equalised, the only pressure the aisling came under was from the countless free kicks the ref gave?

I dont blame J Carey its not his fault hes getting these premier games. Hes doing his best but its just the fact his best is nowhere good enough for premier. I blame the person/people who are giving the premier matchs to the likes of these referees when in some occasions they have the TOP refs in town doing lower divisions. why not have your best refs doing the top matchs. It makes for better games to play in/watch because its not all centered around a bad referee, less complaining that the ref was not good enough and less excusses that the ref cost us the game over a bad decision.

We have about 6or7 good refs in town why not try keep them doing the top games. It shouldnt be to hard to sort out

3 goals were disallowed as the third was a free kick from Frank Lee which he disallowed. Aishlings back four did play well but all they had to do was call for offside and he gave it as he judged them all from the half way line.
If the two incidents you mentioned of players being sent off the two Aishling players should have gone also. The Balla goal did come from a free kick but desevedly so. The full back not taking a throw in hardly effected the game and the Balla supporter as you call him actually picked up the referees whistle and handed it back to him.
The conduct of Aishlings right full was also terrible as he kicked a second ball onto the pitch as he was trying to get back to defend and called the ref to say there was a second ball on the pitch so as to break up a Balla attack
