Aye it was a cluster bomb, it's actually contained in a tube aswell so it could be considered a pipe bomb aswell
The firework had two shots ejected from it which makes it more dangerous than your average sh*tty firework, and the fact that i ahve seen these things do serious damage i wouldn't imagine what that would do when it explodes to a person.
