That's a very big project. If I were a Pats fan, I wouldn't be too concerned yet.
Todays Business Section in the Indo says that Garret Kellher's Shelbourne Investments have put the Chicago Sphire on hold due to the credit crunch. With Bohs court case on this week and rumours that Sean Connors case has been settled out of court with a big pay off to him it could leave a very level pitch next season .

If you think pats are anywhere near effected by the Chicago spire you need your head examining.
us = small fry tax write off
Kelleher spent more on his own house than he did on Pats...

With Drogheda likely to go to the wall in the near future, the attention will turn to Bohes as then next club to have bought the league title on the back of the Irish property boom. Both these stories will be the subject of thesis studies by students looking back on our property bouble and its side effects. Don't know the story with Pats and Kelleher but one thing for certain is that the league will become more competitive, fairer and interesting in the coming season than it has for a long time. Also useless managers such as Felon and McDonald will be found out as Doolin been this season. Overall the property collapse has been a good thing.
Its amazing how posts about Dublin clubs get shifted out of the main forum faster than they go in but other clubs posts are left there for upto a month
