I think media Monkey can do that for you. Not 100% as I haven't done it (or had the need to) but its a nifty piece of softawre for this type of thing
Or from the linux command line for that matter.
I've ripped everything and now I want to sell it or give it away on a freecycle type site, without having to catalogue them all manually. What's the easiest way of going about it? Is there a little piece of software to do it for me? All I need it Artists and Albums.

I know in iTunes you can export your library to an XML file, I'd be shocked if there wasn't something similar for Linux.
<EDIT>
One quick google later, try this: http://cdcat.sourceforge.net/
what exactly is a CD Catalogue? I mean it is a standardised format that can be open in loads of different apps?
Also whats a "freecycle type site"?
I'm a bloke,I'm an ocker
And I really love your knockers,I'm a labourer by day,
I **** up all me pay,Watching footy on TV,
Just feed me more VB,Just pour my beer,And get my smokes, And go away
It's a catalogue. Of CD's.
Just a list really, call it a database if you like.
Here's Freecycle on Wikipedia. I won't like to the actual site cos the guy at the top of it is a litigious scumbag.
