Only 4 albums in it for me , "Whatever People say I am ... " , "First Impressions of Earth" "Sams Town" and "Boys and Girls in America" , I think the Arctic Monkeys will just get my vote though
Bob Dylan - Modern Times
Arctic Monkeys - Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not
Ali Farka Toure - Savane
Hot Chip - The Warning
The Strokes - Last Impressions Of Earth
Muse - Black Holes & Other Revelations
Isobel Campbell & Mark Lonegan

Gnarls Barkley - St Elsewhere

Arcade Fire romped the 2004 poll, whilst Gorillaz just look like shading the 2005 one (there's a few mins left at time of posting before that poll ends).
Anyway here's the picks,
Voting Opens Once Videos Are Up
Bob Dylan - When The Deal Goes Down - Modern Times
Arctic Monkeys - I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor - Whatever People Say I Am....
Ali Farke Toure - Ai Du - Savane (Ai Du didn't come from this album, couldn't find a youtube clip from Savane)

Have to go with the Arctic Monkeys - "Whatever people say...........".
It will most likely appear in most short lists for best album / most influential album of the decade.
The album emphatically justified and capitalised on the initial hype of them being "internet hyped band - Arctic Monkeys".
Honourable mentions to:
The Stokes - First impressions.....
Yeah Yeah Yeah's - Show your bones
Quoting years at random since 1975
Republic Of Loose or Prince for me. I'll decide when the poll is up.

Isobel Campbell & Mark Lonegan - Come Walk With Me - Ballad Of The Broken Seas
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Gold Lion - Show Your Bones

Completely forgot about Hot Chip. I think I'll still go for Republic of Loose's Aaagh! Brilliant album.

Arctic Monkeys for numerous reasons. One being the song "The View From the Afternoon," the best drunk-texting song ever: "You can pour your heart out around three o'clock/When the two-for-one's undone the writer's block."
Epic stuff.
Other for me (for the first time):
Eyes Open- Snow Patrol
Back To Black - Amy Winehouse
Imago - The Butterfly Effect
Was CSS's debut album in 2006? Not sure...
