Congrats to the lads on last night. Pity we werent in section O but that was the best Section O experience ever. Gosh, I am still on a high last night. John Joes was the place to be in as there was a full sing song for two hours and one or two chants have been made for the final.
Did I really do the conga from there to Solas and back?
What is the best way for all of us singers to be together at lansdowne? We better organise something fast.

Matthews thanks lucky stars

Longford Town manager Alan Matthews expressed his delight and relief to see his side make it through to the FAI Cup final on Friday night.

The only goal of the game came from Sean Francis just after the hour mark to send Longford through to their second Cup final of the season, but Town were second best for much of the first half and were fortunate not to have been behind at the break.
