  • When posting about a problem try and give as much info as possible
  • Try and give details on your specs (i.e. what operating system you are using, what software version you are using, error codes and details from error messages, etc.)

  • When someone suggests something to try, try and post what happened as a result. It might save someone else the hassle later on.
