He didn't technically win one but Utd got him and Scholes medals, Keane didn't accept his one, not sure if Scholes did (think he might have)

I presume you know Patrick Viera has not played since he has gone to Italy. Like the actually physical body of Viera is on the pitch, but he does nothing.

That's definitely not the case. AFAIK clubs get x amount of medals free of charge to allocate as they see fit (pretty sure it covers registered players and a certain number of coaching staff) and can apply to have others made for them too. I am open to correction though.

I love Redondo but he did nothing close to justify comparing to Keane or Viera. Sad for him because he was quality, he had everything, and was better probably than Keane but that is a mute point.

2 Champions Leagues not enough for you (3 technically I believe but only 2 where he played regularly)? 2 Spanish titles? A Copa America, an Italian Cup and a Champions League Most Valuable Player award in 2000? And even if you were making sense it would be a moot point as opposed to a mute one.

You really should read before replying. I was replying to a post that said Redondo had achieved nothing of note in the game. I was disproving that. That is all. So it proves that Redondo did in fact achieve on a level comparable to Keane or Viera.

So are we in agreement that Redondo is the true winner of all of this?

For the Keane fans out there imagine this... if Vieira played for ManYoo and Ireland and Keane played for Arsenal and France (when it suited him) who would you be voting for?

Keane for me. Every day and twice on Sundays.

Not a ManUre fan but would like to mention Keano's so-called greatest ever moment in the Stadio della Alpi in 1999 CL Semi.

Not only was he up against ZiZou that night but the Juve midfield also included Deschamps and Davids !!

We all know Keane had his personality traits but we all forget Vieira's penchant for spitting.

Fairly sure Keanes done his fair share of spitting in the past. I went Vieira.

I was honestly under the impression that with his injuries his career was greatly curtailed. But as you described this clearly wasn't the case.

Just a headline really tbh. In the body of the article that I read Keane responded to the question itself with a direct 'No'.

Aye sure no worries. It was only when he moved to Milan that he was pretty much constantly crocked. He refused to accept payment while injured there too which was a pretty massive gesture even from a guy who was presumably a millionaire already at that stage.
