A goal from central defender Alan Bennett deep into injury time helped Cork City come from behind to take a vital point against Shamrock Rovers at Turners Cross on Friday night.
It was Bennett’s first City start in almost three months - since he was sent off against the same opposition at Turners Cross in the middle of August.
He subsequently lost his place to the re-signed Derek Coughlan, but with skipper Dan Murray suspended for this game, Bennett got the recall. And he delivered in style with his last gasp leveler.
