I dunno man, you should be asking anyone in printing/designers circles i'd say. With all printers the cost of ink is the biggest priority i'd say.
Have a look at what HP, Canon, etc. all offer and then shop around from there.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
