In fairness, the league schedule was set before the U20 World Cup was cancelled due to the war in Iraq. The U20 finals were then rescheduled to November...

The new match schedule for the FIFA World Youth Championship UAE 2003 is now available. The tournament, which was postponed in March due to the threat of war in the Persian Gulf region, will now take place from 27 November – 19 December...
