Kilbane is out. Dissapointing but no big deal. McShane in the middle and O'Shea at left back.

Can't we have Delaney at LB and leave O'Shea back at the hotel? Until he finds a club who will play him every week in a set position he's of little use to us. The guy is wasting his career away.

Wasting his career away with his vast collection of winners medals??????

Anyway, I'd leave O'Shea where he is, and play Delaney there. Praying that Dunne comes through tomorrow unhurt

other than scoring that goal at the kop end a few seasons back he has contributed very little to Man Utd's recent achievements. He comes on for 15minutes when Fergie is trying to conserve the energy of Giggs and Scholes but that is about it. He should head to Everton/Blackburn/Wigan or whoever will take him and make a position his own instead of filling in for United where required. Then again he's probably happy earning £40k a week, pulling the odd wag and picking up a medal because he has just scraped the minimum number of league games to qualify.

He's been playing alot so far for Man Utd this season. I don't see how it would make a significant amount of difference if he played more often for a smaller club. He'd still get into the squad hands down.

O'Shea is of little use to us. Just count the amount of bad passes he makes for United, and he is totally out of his depth when the play gets intricate. O'Shea and McShane in the same defence is really scary.

For whats its work O'Shea has played alot more for united the last few games than normal, mainly because of injuries but he should be match fit as a result. I think Kilbane is a loss, can never doubt his commitment and he seems to be doing a good job at left back, is he def out??

With Duff gone we cant afford too many others. Hopefully the hat trick for Doyle will be him in good stead for next week. We need some other than just Keano getting the goals.

Was it really that scary when the 2 of them played together against the Czechs in Landsdown... O Shea is a decent player and the abuse he gets on this site from some people is ridiculous
    Its really not that complicated!!!

if you were a professional footballer would you rather play 90 minutes every week or 90 minutes a month?

Did you read the interview in the Sunday Indo. A real credit to the team and the country:

Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.

Kevin is a credit to his family and to his country and a great example to any young person.I admire and respect Kevin kilbane as much as any footballer that has played for Ireland.
