Both I apologize about it, I got caught in translation.

I meant something else. Not the burn-out syndrome.

In spanish in footie slang in Argentina, Spain, Chile and the Uruguay Republic mostly, when we say " burn out the young players" means that you throw them to the pitch and over expose them to the public criticism for underperforming etc etc etc, couse they arent ready yet.

Some young playes even got injured because they want to catch the oportunity.

Weve got to protect the hot prospects and avoid the over exposure and injuries

Even more if they are strikers because they are gonna be hacked by rivals, is common sense, this kid was hacked in a friendly, he is learning his trade, come on.

I dont want our young players to be out. A seasoned forward player can deal better with those international defenders, we must be very careful when playing a youngster for international duty

Idahs injury has nothing to do with Kenny unless you think all young players should be kept in cotton wool and not played until they are about 26

    hahahha. I cant convince you.

Remember Trap? Ireland vs Uruguay? James McCarthy debut, donned the # glamour 10 shirt the one that Giles, Stapleton and Robbie wore. Before the match, big mouth Trapatonni talked to the newspapers about the kid McCarthy and he was compared him with Platini, Riviera and other classy midifielders

He was kicked out of the game all bruised by the uruguayans, They targeted McCarthy the whole match, street wise uruguayans, old school,

McCarthy's debut was against Brazil. Uruguay was his third cap.

That coaches shouldn over expose the youngsters. After that match Trap blame the player for being too shy for the uruguayans

This line in bold has me p!shing myself laughing.

    Such a load of sh!te.

Feel sorry for Idah among all this. Promised to be a bit of a breakout year for him, and it's not gone to plan so far. Hopefully bounces back in January and Norwich don't panic buy another striker in his place.
