It's staggering that a totally benign comment from James attracts such criticism.
For what it's worth, I think the Costa Rica result and performance deserve a reappraisal even if it was obvious to most that they were likely to be a tough opponent.

I think the criticism Stutts was referring to, is the reaction on the comments page on journal.ie, not the media per se.
