Just as predicted, Meyler, Hendrick and Pilkington have all offered a lot going forward.

You can tell that Pilkington is playing for a move.

Should be in front. Some great stuff in the last 15 minutes. Players really snapping into the Italians in their own half.

Cracking atmosphere at the game, doesn't feel like a friendly. Wondering if the players are benefiting from the atmosphere and occasion away from the doldrums of the Aviva. They certainly seem like a different team sometimes when playing away.

The doc on Sky Sports News analysing the match, will be interesting to see what he says about Pearce.

Liking a lot of what I see, we seem a lot better organised and always seem to have
people in the right place. Some good passing, a lot more watchable than recent games.
