Sligo's squad is holding up very well, I have to say. I'd expect Baraclough to bring in a couple of faces from the England too.
To an extent but with Quigley gone and North out for another while we are threadbare up front.
He would need to unearth a gem.
North's been out a good six months now, it'll be almost eight when the season starts. Are you sure he's not just enjoying life in the scratcher?

Sligo's wage bill must be very high. Where does most of the funding for it come from? (I know there are regular enough funding drives looking for donations, would want to pull in a lot of funds to support a squad of that nature though?)
It's only 20 players to be fair, plus, Liam Martin is away with Ballinamallard in the IL on loan.
Either you cant count or know nothing about American football. Their roster has 53 players.
In fairness tho, 3 on the list are u19/scholorship players.

10k-12k. At most. I'd be surprised if anywhere near half the squad were on any more than 500 a week. There's 3 or 4 players on big money, but the majority of that squad are on less than 500 a week I'd imagine.
Still a comparatively large amount. Sligo's wagebill is probably secondly only to Shamrock's?
Probably, which is hardly surprising considering they're the second biggest club.
You could almost let them away with it considering they're going to be attempting to retain their title, as well as pushing for Champions League football.
