Will be a good run out to see how the team are progressing. Winning a bonus but not essential. Pike will have a tough match against Marys anyway so limerick and pike might not even meet.

All depends on the day and time really. If its a Sunday morning or afternoon it will be a poor turn out, 60/70, caused by lots of people having their own matches on or people just too lazy to go. If it was to be played on a week night with nothing else clashing with it (Champions league etc...) I'd say 150/200 maybe a little more.

We're playing in the LSC on Sun 28th Feb now, so our friendly with yerselves will likely either be off or be moved.

Well if they do meet, Pike are due to be at home, so I dont see it being a midweek game, unless Pike give away home advantage and play in Jackman Park, which is very doubtful.

Surely if it was a 2pm or 3pm kick off on a Sunday afternoon, most of Limerick (junior & senior) football followers would turn out????

I'd miss it then with my own match so i would not like that ha.

I'd presume it will be 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Pike won't move it just cause its Limerick FC they are playing. At that time i'd say 60 or 70 people might show up for it.

I think it would be a 2.30 kick off on a sunday if in pike ground or a 7.30 during the week game if in jackman park and Id say there would be a great crowd there, it would make for a great game and great atmosphere, I hope they meet

If it were an FAI cup game id agree, being an MSC game im not so sure. Pike average about 30 people a game so support for them is poor. Now you might think that hundreds of juniorballers would come out in support of them but that would contradict the jealous hatred everyone seems to have of them around the town. I wouldnt be surprised however.

Limerick only consider this trophy 4th in their list of prioritys this season, then again having one of the most loyal and hardcore group of fans around im sure causing a load of hassle with juniorballers at a game will be too tempting to resist for some.

Acually dont know what to make of it now

Just to prove a point here, Pikes average is 30.
So Limerick's would have to be less than 30, and can you tell me where an official website says that our average attendance is 29?
    Thank you.
    Get into them! ( They're easyyyy! )

Sher why not come along to a game in March and see for yourself what Limerick average instead of listening and believing bullsh*t like a mug.

If we don't win the MSC and score more than 47 goals against Pike, then Pat Scully has some serious questions to answer.
