I guessing the answer is no, bearing in mind the property boom, but are there any old/disused stadiums or sites where stadiums once stood, around Dublin that I can visit? I know there's the monument at Milltown, but any other pilgrimages I can make around the capital?
The Iveagh Grounds are still there. It's "old" in the sense of not in the league any more, but not disused. Ditto Whitehall and indeed, Belfield Park.
Harold's Cross as well?
Good shout.
John Hyland Park, while we're talking about SPAISFFC.
If you go to Google Maps and search "League of Ireland Grounds" someone has helpfully labelled every ground in Ireland that has hosted a LOI match along with the teams that have called it home: Glenmalure Park, Harold's Cross (good shout Maribor), RDS, Shelbourne Park, Irishtown Stadium, Anglesea Road, Beech Hill, Rutland Avenue and John Hyman Park.
Seeing as I'm now unemployed and looking for something to fill the days, I may go find a few of these sites.
Link here.

John Hyland Park, was a proper LoI ground. It was always cold and miserable but i loved going there. United Park is the only thing close to it these days.

Leinster Cricket Club is hidden off the main street in Rathmines, they have been there since 1865.

"....The next move was to Emor Ville, opposite Portobello Gardens, on the South Circular Road, before finally coming to roost in the present location in 1865."
I have convinced myself that it has been used as a football venue, but I can't name anything specific.
Decent map at the bottom of this webpage, but Swan Centre is marked incorrectly.

Home Farm Road is on the left as you travel north along the Drumcondra rd. to Whitehall Stadium.
LSL side CIE Ranch play in a secluded area, near Inchicore. The area and ground is called The Ranch. The ground may be linked to Transport and/or Railway Union. LSL matches will begin again there in a few weeks.
I don't know if any or how many of the different Barracks around were used as venues. Them regiment teams had to play somewhere.
