CCFC should have enough to scrape by once again today. But if anyone can get them wound up it's Tom Coughlan. Even it best it's probably only delaying the problems unless a lot more cost cutting is performed.

Case listed for between 11 and 1 apparently.

Monday is always crazy busy anyway and I think it's the last Monday of the court term so bound to be a lot of cases on. They'll scrape by no doubt but as has been said it's not hard to picture them in trouble again in a few months.

Talk on the Cork forum seems to be that they have 163k to offer the Revenue now and the rest in instalments. Wouldn't think that'll do it personally.

163k seems a bit low. Best of luck to Cork, but I'm not sure you'll make it if that's all the dosh you have to throw at the revenue.

Half of 360K is 180K. 163K is just over 90% of what the Revenue are looking for. I think they'll get away with that.

But they'll need to convince the revenue that the rest will be paid by instalments while meeting current commitments without a lot more cost-cutting. I can't really see them having a credible plan for that.

Well they're looking for it all, so they'll need more than just te 163k, they'll need some sort of plan to show they can pay the rest. They won't be having any more Ipswich friendlies for a while

Revenue will want very few instalments. Cork wanted monthly ones for 18 months or something last time which was not to the Revenue's liking obviously.

Hard to blame them when TC has paid feck all since taking over the club. The man deserves jail for what he's done to CCFC.

    From CCFC forum:

96fm report: No agreement reached with Revenue.
At the mercy of the court.
    Back in at 2pm.
From what I gathered from the last day it was either reach agreement or they're fecked. Still the judge really doesn't seem to want to wind them up so they may yet be ok.

Judge said the last day that if they didn't reach agreement she'd have no choice but to issue the order. Not a good situation.

They really have had enough chances and I don't mean to sound like I want them to go out of business but you have to call a halt some time.

Looking forward to 2pm, they've got enough chances. I hope the judge makes the right decision.

    Cant complain.

They really cant complain if they do go.Judge said last time that the important social aspect of the club was what saved them 2 weeks ago, that reason wont fly today.Fingers crossed for them though,i genuinely hope they dont go.IF they do then as a Galway utd fan we will see them in the A championship next season.
