RIP Alan. Gone way to soon.
Was great to see all Alan's colleagues from An Post Dundalk & Dublin and ex LOI players send him off in a such a great way on Friday. Alan was a really nice fella, well got in Dundalk and where ever he went.
Ar dheis dé. RIP
Condolences to the family of Tommy Connolly, former manager and coach at DFC and beyond. Old school pal of my Dad and coached myself as a young lad back in the day. Always stepped up when was needed, assisted in a couple of league wins too.

Very sorry to hear that, always admired him
Ar dheis dé - RIP Sam.
Lovely player- Gone way too soon.
RIP to Sam, far too young to go. He was a rock solid defender and a great character within the league during his time here
Passing of Manus O'Riordan. A great man. RIP

No Pasaran!!
Former Limerick keeper Freddy Hall died in a car crash in Bermuda, only 37.
RIP …
Just seen that posted myself, awfully sad to hear. One of those players I'd immediately associate with Limerick, outside of the novelty of a Bermudan being in the LOI they really seemed to take to him down there and he became synonymous with that era of the club. RIP.
Very sad news and can only agree with what Jack posted above. RIP Freddy.
He was a really lovely guy and, as was said above, a very popular and well regarded person among the Limerick support. It would be nice to think he's sitting next to Sam Oji now in that great big football dressing room in the sky.
Tragic news to wake up to and condolences to his family. Has a young daughter too who was only born just before he returned home at the start of the 2018 season which makes it sadder.
Freddy was an instant fan favourite down here. Will always be remembered for his penalty save up in Sligo on the final day in the crazy 2015 season, and his performance up in Derry in the league cup semi final win in 2016.
