The Cork lads on here should know if he is, I did read Conveney offer congrats to Cork when they won the double in 2017, not sure I heard anything from 'Mee-Hall'.
Dyed to the wool Nemo Rangers GAA man. His son plays in goal for Cork Senior team.
I've seen him at Turners Cross a few times though. Wouldn't have thought he would have much interest in "Soccer" all the same.
I wouldn't hold be breath.
He was on Twitter the other day saying how he was a Man Utd fan but congratulations to Liverpool on winning the league.
Don't know why anyone expects anything from politicians, they're all the same, out for themselves and their own pocket.
Martin is a proper insufferable dose though. He would have done anything to get that position. It's a poor reflection on the country and our political options that the party that broke the economy is back in government just over a decade later.
Cabinteely were licking his hole yesterday for some reason. He's only Taoiseach for 2 years anyway and then he's gone sure.
Our local TDs here are a joke too. Fitzpatrick elected by the GAA crew, can't string two words together, don't know where they got the Sinn Fein fella from, and as for the next lot coming along (McGahon FG, puke!) I despair.
The new minister for Sport (and about 6 other things) is a Green. Great!
Wrong side of the bed this morning Lily?😄
I wouldn't worry about Micheal Martin, it's the new minister for sport, with no sporting background, and a Green party member, that worries me more in terms of FAI, LOI and ground developments in Stranorlar particularly.
I expect that new stadium designs will have to look like this example from Forest Green.

With tofu burgers too no doubt
And maybe some scallions and spuds growing in a window box by the club shop
No more lawnmowers allowed. Each club will have to assemble a herd of vegans to eat the grass
Damn there goes Athlone's plan for the country's first Nuclear powered football stadium out the window.
Not human - but mow bot, a solar powered robotic lawn mower.
Nice design, a happy bot.

Varadkar compared Martin to Delaney during the election debate, got a great old laugh at the time, and now he's got into bed with him. Politicians have no shame.
