Help on identifying jersey

Saw a picture on FB of a club back home and a story circulated that the jersey was originally from Shamrock Rovers, whoever was running it at the time gave them to his wife who had connections back home. I was hoping to get a time period for it and/or who the owner was at that time. Would anyone on here know about these kinda things?

That looks like a jersey worn during Paddy Coads Reign in the 50's, I'm Fairly sure Joe Cunningham was in Control then. I have the Rovers History book at home, I'll dig it out and try confirm
