Termonbarry?
Where?
I said "Termonbarry."
Cavan Town is only an hour away from the Flansiro. There's towns and villages in Cavan, Leitrim and Roscommon within easy striking distance of the flansiro.
Distance from a club is just an excuse, not a justification for supporting a team in a different bloody country. Lots of people who use that excuse are further from an airport than they are Irish team ffs.
We've got Leitrim anyway - they've got the same junior league.
Look at ye ruining it and going back on topic.
Jim never visited Termonbarry or wherever.
Got told last night by a "goiy" from South Dublin I was sad for having a passion for an Irish team. He loves Liverpool. Loves them so he does.
Termonbarry has the best moorings on the shannon and a class little chipper.
FACT.
I used to often stop for petrol on the way to that village outside Longford on the way to Ballina from Dublin. Can't remember the name of it though
Nearly came to blows myself with my uncle. Said the League of Ireland was 'sad,' and that I was too - for supporting it. Nevermind the fact that he is a Tipperary man, now living north of London, who used to support West Ham until they became sh!te, at which point he turned his attention to Man United, who he now calls 'us.'
Yeah, I'm said.
The Plaice on Shaftsbury Square in Belfast did the best goujons Ireland however, its no longer with us.
Talking about barstoolers, did you see the ad in the papers thats in with football pages saying that football is best watched in the pub? Its annoying that an ad like that is placed in with reports from the league games at the time when the clubs are trying to gain support.
i dont think the local tourist board will be too busy after google search results.. considering its spelt 'Tarmonbarry' and not termonbarry!
Tarmonbarry, officially Termonbarry (Irish: Tearmann Bearaigh),[1] is a village in County Roscommon, Ireland.
