Saw this the morning and did the survey.* It's quite long and wide ranging.
I would encourage LOI people to do it and have your say on the league and FAI.
As a volunteer coach with 3 daughters, I also spoke about the fact that myself and other dads were coaching girls.* Why aren't we encouraging more female coaches to get involved etc.
