I think I heard the other day that the penalty Bohs got against Riga was their 12th of the season. Is that right? Pats haven't got one all season so I was wondering how other clubs were fairing.
Anyone want to do the work on their club?

From what I remember Bray have two all season, away to Bohs and home to Derry. Both scored by Cawley.
A bit OT, how many goals has Jayson Byrne scored from open play this season?
I think we have been awarded four and have had six given against us.
Fingal have been awarded seven. Six in their last nine games I think. Robbie Doyle has scored every one of them.
Dundalk awarded two, scored two. Two against as well - one scored/one missed.
Dundalk:
Vs Shels Away - Vaughan Scored
Vs Athlone Home - Vaughan Scored (First peno at oriel in the league since Gill took over 3 season's ago)
We don't talk about penalties in Cobh!.............were not very good at them:(
We have been VERY lucky with peno's over the past two years, we must have had 6-7 and(more importantly) i can't remember any against
It helps when you have players like Joxer and Brennan in your team. That said, we have had a lot of penos this season. The only bad decisions I remember are home to Bray and away to UCD which shouldn't have been penos.
Superfrank, Jason Byrne has scored at least 3 goals from open play this season (maybe more).
And i see that Ian Stokes is reffing Shelbourne vs Dundalk this weekend
Lost count but I'd say we've had something like 5 given and 8 against, could be more, some games we've had one given for and against us
We were awarded one penalty against Bray earlier on in the season and missed it.
We seem to have one given against us every second game, it must be at least 8 or 9 given against. :o
Mooney has scored 3 for us in the league. I don't think anyone else has taken penalties except maybe for O'Callaghan.
Remarkably well in terms of getting them. Less well in terms of actually scoring them...
Pre-season -
Wexford A - Conor Kenna (missed)
Wexford A - Conor Kenna (scored)
Wexford A - Conor Kenna (missed, but got the rebound)
Monaghan H - Timmy Purcell (missed, John Reilly got the rebound)
Monaghan H - Paul Byrne (missed)
League -
Drogheda H - Alan Mahon (missed, but got the rebound)
Bray H - Alan Mahon (scored)
League Cup -
Wexford Youths H - Billy Brennan (our keeper, missed)
FAI Cup -
Monaghan A - Shane Fitzgerald (missed)
I think that's it, though I may well be missing more; I've tried to put them out of my memory.
Conceded about six, including five in five.
I think we've had two given for us which we scored and four given against us, two of which were scored. Might be wrong though.
I was thinking about this the other day, thinking we've got a few this season (4). And wondering do big teams get more than smaller teams? Not because of refs screwing them over or anything but because Id imagine they're in the oppositions box more often?
Anyway from this thread, apart from Bohs, It doesnt seem so since Galway and UCD have gotten a fair few.
Think, off the top of me head, we've got four, missing one of them.
Davy Warren scored one in the first game against the Youths, Vinny Sullivan took one off David Breen and then missed it, against the Mons at home, one against Limerick at Jackman which Gary Dunphy scored, and then Warren scored one again recently at Kildare.
Not sure about ones given against us although yourselves got one anyway Jebus, at the RSC. Fingal got one too, think that's it.
Never mind penalties. By my calculations there's been 13 red cards in our games this season
4 penalties against, 2 scored from the spot, 2 scored from rebounds , 2 for us both scored
From what I can recall we have had one awarded scored by Philly Reilly vs Limerick 37 and one given against us vs Dundalk scored by Trevor Vaughan
