TAKE NOTE: Date has been changed from Saturday, September 8th to Friday, September 7th.
great news i wouldnt have been able to make it if it was on the saturday
I think we should go with the plan and take over Section O. Get there early and into O, Section O lads wouldn't know what to do when they arrive:D.
It would be a better idea if they had a roof though:o.
Great news, have a wedding on the saturday.
not sure about a bus to this one because its hard to know what demand will be like. prices will be reasonable though if we fill any of these. would be great if people left the cars at home and we could fill a coach. would leave at 5.30
16seater - €12
27 seater-€10
52 seater €7
ill go
i'd be going on the bus! and id say a few friends aswell. we'd definatly fill at least a 16 seater
i would have, ireland are dull and boring, think id much prefer go to rovers
No contest - Rovers every time.Quote:

It's like the blues - if I have to explain it to you, you won't understand.
Yeah country is much better alright. Ye've convinced me with all of the above there:rolleyes:
...its Club for me....
club for me too... no contest
looking forward to this one. tough game but i reckon we can do it. ventre is suspended so foy will start again id say
FYI, this game kick's off at 8pm.
manson suspended too, one goal will win it, hopefully its us that get it
Sligo Rovers are a team I have supported from the terraces since I was a toddler. I couldn't even make a guess at how many games, home and away, I've been to. I've known a lot of the players personally.
Ireland: I've been to maybe 10-12 games. Don't have any personal connection. The vast majority of my contact is through the TV. As I say, I don't expect you to understand it, so the fact that you refuse to believe it doesn't surprise me and won't cause me to lose any sleep.
As for reality, I'd love Ireland to have done better at the '94 World Cup, but I recovered from the disappointment very quickly, largely because I was still in football heaven after Rovers won the Cup.
And should I be more passionate about Ireland because of nationalism or patriotism? Dirty words, both of them.
i think we should sneak this 1-0, get peers to man mark mooney and thats half the problem solved. coleman back in the team will be a massive addition...manson is suspended for this for reaching 8 points. not sure of any other team news, hopefully mckenzie will be back aswell. we should have a big away support, so get behind the team and do our job in the stand...dont stop signing! hopefully we'll get the 3 points, we'll have to be patient though as there not the easiest side to break down, and there in very good form at the minute! 1-0 to Rovers, hughes to score
Perhaps Midget might care to explain how you know who managed to accumulate eight points since he never tackles or tracks back?
oh wait hes gone! hip hip!
....hurray
really up for this today.....should be a good home crowd[ no way will we be outsang by section O though!]. 4-2 to us i think for some reason.

Just Cash out
Ventre and Manson suspended
Lets get back on the winning trail!!!!!
On the country versus club argument, personally I dont see the problem i go to both teams if possible and get behind the teams, everybody has a country to support it's not like the "i follow rovers and United!" - that is beyond me?
Im sure we all feel the same, but if both matches were on the same time, which would you watch. Its rovers for me, while hoping Ireland also win!
Pity Cash is injured, I feel his performances get better and better each time he plays. Still Meredith should get a run in his place, and he strong and pacy.
Looking forward to.
it'll probably be:
brush
coleman mckenzie peers ventre
raff boyd ogrady hughes
