Spurs beatin Pats 1-0 (Keane)

Jesus, says a lot when you're gutted to draw away to the league leaders.
Harps played them off the park by all accounts, hitting the woodwork 3 times, Gethins missing a hat trick of sitters and having a stone wall penalty turned down. Then gave away an equaliser with an OG from a corner.
Drogs 1-0
Sounds like Bohs didnt bring a big enough bus.

Noticed tonight that Drogheda have K-R-P running down the side of their shorts!
2 nil to the Magic Mons. In fairness Wexford were very poor but United have started to play some really good football. Sure we were beaten last weekend by Limerick and I havent forgotten our drubbing by Cobh but we have a great squad and now they are doing what they are paid to do.
First time I got to announce our win on the PA and looking forward to doing Radio interview tomorrow for first time in a while!
poor bohs, its ok though Tony Grant is a Bohs fan, i'm sure he wil have beensiging songs on the train on the way home.... its ok, midtable is a decent retun for a manager in his first year:D

Live eircom lerague round-up on now on Setanta.
When did they start that?
Bit stupid seeing as there was only the shams ucd game tonite
I admit I didn't get to focus in entirely on the game. I was stuck minding my 4 year old and 7 year old cousins. I couldn't see the problem with the UCD goal. Though Gregg was definitely at fault for both Rovers goals. First one he came for it and missed it. The second he couldn't make his mind up and Purcell just had to get it on target.
Like I said, I didn't get to engage in the game properly so I can't tell who played better.
There was no problem with our goal. Awful call from the linesman. Then Matt Gregg decides to have his worst game for us, and then we get four of our best players injured... :(
UCD played a lot of neat, incisive football until they got near the Rovers box. Not a huge amount of end product though and starting to see why UCD fans don't rate Sammon.
Also, got a lingering close up of Pineapple Stu munching chips at half time..........couldn't decide whether seeing that or Felix was worse.:D
Got a text at half time - "Fat bastid! Share them chips!"
Was hoping it was a joke, but no - got done on the double.
Very nice chips they were too though. At least I wasn't on telly munching on my six inch sausages.

Cork City 2 Roy and Leon-0 Waterford
Over 3000 attended the game.Waterford missed a penalty.Kearney played his socks off.Its a game City needed to win..Roll on Drogheda on Sunday.
Really:confused: I thought it was a big crowd considering the day and weather.
There was definitely more than at the Hammarby game and that was 2500.
Maybe a little less than 3000 but definitely over 2500.Should be in the echo later
