People look back at these incidents an say they are wrong.....Drogba in particular is a disgrace......why do referees or an F.A. not look back at these and say its wrong and do something about it.....if they are caught doing this then ban them!!! Its the only way to stop it!!
TV should "out" the actors. SKY, BBC, ITV, the print media, everyone.
They should have a feature after every game "Cheat Watch". The message would soon become clear.
Acting is the worst part of the current game & the authorities have been cowardly in their apoproach to it. Like in Rugby Union the authorities should have the ability to "cite" cheating and let the player cited explain his antics.
Funny though, I was 10 during the Argentina WC in '78. That summer I took a dive and won a free kick having seen it on the telly. I thought I was being really cool & professional! My opponent was utterly aghast.
As a member of the theatre profession, I am most displeased with the title of this thread. Most of my thespian colleagues would agree with me that, even at their worst, any trained actor would manage something much better than that, especially the Norwegian chap. I expect that I shall write a letter to the editor of The Daily Mail.
On a side note, congratulations on restricting yourself to only one of Drogba, and none of Ronaldo - discipline is always impressive.

The Gilardino one is fascinating - he knows he has no chance of getting the ball so he instinctively falls back on something that worked for him before. Hilarious to see him diving with his face turned back to see if his appeal has been successful.
Maybe they should build a formal appeal into the rules like in cricket, instead of the play-acting, a player has to shout when he thinks he's been fouled - HOWISITTTTTTTTTTT!!! :D
On the homefront, I have to say that Roy O'Donovan is the most Oscar-worthy of all players in the league. Even when he is fouled, the way he hurls himself to the ground is embarrassing. Any other suggestions for worst culprit on this?
