All Dundalk fans are of course welcome except that thing/lady/it shes got red hair, please turn the other way over the border hit a land mine and ill actualy forgive Dundalk for playing their games on Thursday nights ;)
In the meantime blues fans ye have to be at this one. Not only will the jerseys be finally here but a large loud gang will be comming down from Dundalk with prob the best team in the league by far. So if their loud, lets be louder :ball:

Well said Bonovox. Same story two weeks ago for the Finn Harps home game. Breaking down the vested interests and peoples' little kingdoms isn't gonna be easy. I thought it was funny that L37 were inviting u11/u12 teams to participate in half time games - they can't even get to the matches 'cos the LDSL are fixing games for the same night.Quote:

P.S. - I wouldn't be touching any of that 5/4 on Dundalk.
0-0 is 15/2 on Boylesports. 1-0 to either side is 13/2. I'd say a tenner on each (30 stake) will get you a nice return.

I enquired about this lads and agree its not right but in their defence they have a backlog of games as they lost seven weeks of games due to bad weather. They are playing games nearly 7 days a week to make up for those losses and they have to hurry as their insurance runs out in June so hence the rush. All these games are 25 mins a side so some of those games are being brought forward to 6 and 6 30 to try and give the kids a chance to get to the games. Also not many games i am being told are played on L37 match nights.Quote:

Friday night was always a traditional night for Schoolboys/girls, The fact that L37 are playing is a problem for both sides as the schoolboys/girls are fully behind the participation of L37 in the FAI Eircom League of Ireland.
There are a few logistical problems to be sorted out and the backlog of fixtures really needs to be played as if it is not the league will end up with players finishing school and going on holidays before the season is over.
Lets not get too excited as the players and mentors are I am sure dissapointed that the current situation is as is but really there is not much that can be done until the backlog is eliminated. Schoolboy/girl soccer is the future of our team and club so lets all take a deep breath and see if we can make tomorrow night a great night and dedicate it to the lads and lassies who are playing.
