Jay Tabb also posted on the Brentford forum after he left the club.
Damo Dupey deserves a mention as well.
Lots of players on here. Some of the UCD players were asking questions in the Tony McDonnell interview; think Digger O'Brien has a (rarely used) account as well.
rod liddle?????
sure hes the guy who left his wife for a young wan!!!!!!
Don't forget the entire FAI, of course, who are regular readers!
I know of one Ireland international who has posted on here and on other fora. his post count is not huge but you'd be amazed at how people ignore, from his POV valid views.
In the past, I am aware of a couple of others who posted regular cryptic messages on another forum.
One of the best was from Saipan where 'Bob Dylan' posted so very strange things. It wasn't until about two years alter that i became aware of who it was.
Finally there are many LOI players who use forums to see how they are fairing up with supporters
On that last point, I think the entire UCD squad check here on a regular basis anyway, although many wouldn't be registered. I remember coming off the pitch after one of our half-time games in Longford, and Aaron McEneff (I think) was coming out for the second half and said "How'd it go, pineapple?". Disturbing...!
I know some of our players view the forum too.
It wasn't Blue Keeper and it wasn't Gary Rogers.
I can't believe the incoherent twaddle linked in the first post appeared in a major newspaper.
Well if it started "Greetings from Hong Kong" I'm betting it was Jason Macateer!
Was in the pub with our some of our players 2 saturdays ago & one of them said...."your witchie on the Mons forum aren't ya? And are you Magicme on Foot.ie"
I know quite a few of our other players (past & present) who keep an eye on this and our own forum. Robbie Horgan was a regular contributor on our forum for some time and had his own "Ask Robbie" section!
:D
Good guess but regardless of user name, would it take 2 years for SoccerC to cop on to Jason's identity? it's possible.
How about Quinny, he is literate and could use the internet? user name 'Big Niall' but it still took 2 years for this to sink in with Soccerc.
or level 42......
was it bob dylan himself?
regular visitor to these shores......
Bengy is Joe Ndo
James Chambers read the Waterford forum regularly last season!
Alan Keely is probably registered here:

His father's piece in today's Sun:
I said I meant Derry City but not quick enough as my son Alan was straight on to tell me, my prediction that Shels would win the League again was already on the internet!
"...as he disdained to chase down a loose ball from a corner, a friend of mine shouted out, rather harshly: “It’s okay, Byfield, feel free to join in at any time.”
:D
Don't know any players myself let alone any who visit forums. I really enjoyed reading that article, thanks for posting it.
