Wexford have signed two goalkeepers according to their website, Tom Murphy from UCD and Colum Feeney who was with us last season.
Wexford have anounced on their website the signing of Lee Costello who was with us last season and Azeez Yusuff who has played for Shamrock Rovers U19s.
One of Wexford's new signings, Craig Giles, is the grandson of Ireland great, Johnny Giles.
Marty
He signed from Shelbourne U19s. Apparently Craig's father played for Shamrock Rovers and has a league medal, but I can't place him at all.
Bingo got it for ya Forza.
his dad chris was part of shamrock rovers side in 93/94 season. Came across this link.

I know not much about him either.
Thanks, Marty
Much appreciated.
First pre-season friendly confirmed against Shelbourne at 12.00 on Saturday, 11 January, in the AUL Complex. Also a friendly against Waterford in IT Carlow on 18 January.
The signings so far seem less local, any idea will this be a team that trains in Dublin & plays games in Wexford or will everyone be expected to travel down to Wexford?
Bunny
The main base for training is, I think, IT Carlow. You'd rarely see the senior men's side training in Ferrycarrig. I know they also use other all-weather facilities as well. For example, there's photos of an all-weather pitch on the club website of the first training session a few days ago and I don't recognise it at all so it could be in Dublin for all I know!
That last training session was held in Arklow. We will be training a minimum of 3 times a week and it will be located to accommodate a balance between SE based players and those in the Dublin region
According to the club's website, Wexford have signed Karl Manahan from Cabinteely and, on a loan, Paul Cleary from St. Pats.
Paul Cleary has returned to Pats after the ending of his loan agreement according to the club's website. Looked a promising player during his short time at Wexford.

You're right. Cork posted up a photo of Jack Doherty playing today for Wexford so I presume he's one of our trialists. Lovely player to watch so hopefully he'll sign for us.

There will be programmes but I'm not certain as yet whether they will only be made available online or sold in hard copy form. Should be able to find out in next day or two and will let you know.
Saw Ola in action last weekend and all I can say is - lubbly jubbly. I'd say our manager had his Parker Pen out quicker than Quick Draw McGraw!

Next week's programme for Wexford's match against Cabinteely is almost certain to be online only. Position after that match is still a bit fluid although there is likely to be a hard copy programme for Bohemians Women's Team's visit to Wexford for their first ever WNL game on Saturday, 8 August.
Wexford have signed ex Pats, Rovers and Hearts defender, Jay Nwanze, according to the club's website. Should be available for the Cabo match.

Wexford FC's record scorer, Danny Furlong, has been confirmed as a new signing for local club, North End.
Marty
As far as I know, he played for his local side in Rosslare after leaving us.
Kaleem Simon has signed for Welling United in Vanarama League South and played yesterday for them in an FA Cup qualifying tie. Best of luck to him and an enjoyable player to watch.
