No real surprise.
They've had a poor start to the season, and with 3 teams going down this year - and the teams everyone would've identified for that doing well so far - there'll be a lot of Boards making swift decisions if they think they're at risk of the drop.

Sligo are a fine club with a superb ground and decent set up, but appointing Robertson was a dreadful mistake, he was a terrible manager and had that cocky attitude to go with it. He won't be missed from the league.
Robertson was a mistake but the process that got him in as manager was the same process that got Barraclough in. Its how we have done things for a long while now, sometimes it works and sometimes it dosent. It wont be the LOI merry-go-round for the new manager either from the names Im hearing.Quote:
